Response: I'm glad you liked it. I have a standing order from Canada Post, so I'm using stamps from 2 years ago. The maple leaf stamp I found somewhere at home and asked Canada Post. It's basically rated 47 cents during that time. It's nice to use older items.
Response: I'm reading "Spare," Prince Harry aubiography. King Charles should have married Camilla when they were young. What is suitable? Princess Diana was and became a mess with their marriage. It's like a soap opera.
Response: I'm glad you like the shark note card. I didn't think anyone would enjoy it, but glad you did, alright!
Response: The stop was Monvale, or similar. It was a small stop. Hubby and daughter went the next day to NYC and almost missed their train. They told me if I went, the family would have to wait 3 hours. Not nice!
Response: That's wonderful that you enjoy typewriters. My brother gave me a Brother electronic one. I had a Brother word processor in the 2000s. I used the typewriter maybe twice. I could get it working again. I might have to go to a repair shop.
Response: Paris cemetery was no fee (there are tours), but quite interesting. I did go on a cemetery tour in the city I was raised in, Hamilton (Canada). Cemeteries are quite historical.
Response: I hope Mother's Day was wonderful for you. For me, it was fine. My daughter ate most of the chocolate/candies that was for me. With families, that can happen, LOL! My Mother was great, and I was use to sending her something like a phone call, card, or a visit.
Response: I sent you a message on that. Have fun, if you go!
Response: That's great. Happy Mother's Day! 🪻
Response: I'm sorry you didn't receive the initial package. I learned my lesson on sending it out. I hope you can use the stationery sent. Happy Spring!
Response: Mail can be slow, so that can happen. Your Mother is precious. My Mom died 5 years ago and miss her. Hope your Mom will have a great Mother's Day!

Response: A comment would have been appreciated.
Response: Yes, Canadian Thanksgiving is celebrated in October.

Response: I'm aware there are rabbit lovers out there now, not just for Easter season.
Response: It wasn't my choice for the cats to come dealing with staying in a cabin. It turned out OK. The outdoor kitty likes a taste of the outdoors, and you can briefly taken him for a walk.
Response: I mix seeds and put 1/2 tablespoon (7 mL) on my cereal for breakfast, or you can put with yogurt.
Response: I received your letter and will reply in the Fall. Hope your family has a wonderful Summer!

Response: I'm a Christian and never believed in the Easter bunny. It's nice to have a rabbit symbol during Spring, but have a family member that mentions a rabbit as being a pagan symbol.
Response: I don't really relate to this neighbour. She once insulted me, but never apologized. Hubby can related to her, but I can't. I might wave, or relay a message to Hubby when she's asked me about it.
Response: I did find orange holiday cards last year . Enjoy 2023!
Response: I'm glad you liked the swap sent. I was going to write a story of racoons where they damaged my childhood home in the attic. They are appealing, but can be destructive. Perhaps you've had better luck with raccoons. Enjoy the holidays!

Response: Thank you and enjoy your day as well!
Response: Thank you, and enjoy your day, too!
Response: Actually, it wasn't. It was expensive to send by padded envelope and went to the post office to make sure it was sent out properly. I'm not into bags and one you signed isn't a big deal. I've had FBs resent to me. I was in quarantine and couldn't go out properly and not feeling well. If it was rushed, I would have used a regular 8.5 x 11-inch envelope, weighed it and thrown it in the mailbox. I'm sorry I let you down. I did count what I sent out. I guess picky swappers aren't happy.
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the swap. Thank you for the rating. Happy New Year!

Response: The odd times I get FBs back. Many who sign don't put their info on. People change with swapping and corresponding. Sometimes you find a good friend through FBs and pen pals. I do swap FBs/FSs, a habit I can't break right now.

Response: Yes, I do collect playing cards including older ones. A private swap from July would be good.
Response: I'm glad you liked the Spock stamp. I loved the Star Trek series Canada Post had last year and tried to send it to North American swappers. I'm not sure of Star Trek was popular worldwide, or not.
