This swap is international as it rather simple, should not be too bad on postage. For this swap you will have 1 partner, you will send them 4 touristy post cards in an ENVELOPE. I don't mind notes on them but check profiles for your partner before writing on them. Also to see if they have favorites listed on their profile, this show effort was put into the swap. Postcards are to be in an envelope not stamped.
