Hi! I haven’t been on Swap-bot in a long while, but wanted to get back to swapping as I love getting and sending mail!

I am a mom of a teenage son wish me luck!), and work in an elementary school. I live in Southern Ontario. We moved here in 2019, from Vancouver to be closer to my family.

I love learning about where you live, what you do, what you like to make, what makes you happy what inspires you...

I'm so glad I have found out about Swap-bot and think it's such a great place! It surprises me that there are flakers - if you sign up - do it! Otherwise what is the point?! If something doesn't show up due to mail issues, I`d be happy to resend!

I love all things crafty! I work mostly with paper, cardmaking and enjoy making mixed media and collage postcards too!
I also knit, bake, stitch, and am willing to try anything creative!

I sell my greeting cards at local craft fairs and on Facebook.

I love writing paper & handmade cards, pretty & cute things too. I love receiving art in the mail. It's fun to get and I really believe it's fun for the mail carriers too! I have a need to decorate envelopes or make my own from calendars, maps...anything really! I love upcycling and reusing packaging - it's the environmentalist in me!

I love tea, Earl grey is my fave, I've also discovered Portland Blend from Stash Teas, it tastes like chocolate covered cherries! I'll try almost anything. Dark chocolate, mint is great and milk choc is ok, (not so much for white or choc+orange combos) and cheese - and wine!

**August 19/2013: Our family roadtrip adventure was a success! Over 5500 Kms in 13 days, 7 States, Yellowstone Park, Oregon Sand Dunes, and many stops in between! I doubt my husband will let me plan another roadtrip again, but we did have fun!

I love all music! My faves include 80's, alternative - LOVE LOVE Love Nine Inch Nails! Radiohead, U2, Depeche Mode, Sarah MacLaughlan, The The, Mozart, oh, the random list can go on and on..... Classical, Jazz, Blues, Indie, some metal and some country. I worked in the music industry in my previous life, so I will and do listen to anything and everything!
