About Me
Hi! My name is Troy. I live in Columbus Ohio with my husband of 22 years and Lela, Our crazy adopted chihuahua. I've been crafting for most of my life. My mom got me into it when I was just a kid. I finally found my calling in recycled paper/image collageing. I also dabble in a bunch of other crafting stuff. In other words " I hoard craft supplies" LOL!! I have the basic belief that all people are good and wish those who stop by, great peace!
Favorite Crafts
- I primarily do collage or altered paper work. I love handmade postcards, rolo's, atc's.
- I prefer my postcards to be handmade and I really like them to be 4 x 6. They don't have to be fancy, just a little time and thought. I can even appreciate just a 4x6 image glued to recycled piece of cardboard. Sometimes I find those images that just make good postcard's.
- I love the chunk of cardboard swaps here on the Bot. For these swaps anything goes. Size doesn't matter and please send whatever makes you happy!
- Would like to find some postcard pen pals . If your interested just let me know.
Favorite Music
I love, love, love country music. I do listen to other stuff-easy listening, new age & anyone who can sing a power ballad.
Favorite Books
Currently stuck in young adult and fantasy. Also anything that looks good at the library!
Favorite Television
-Big Brother is a must! -Downton Abbey. So sad that it's gone away. -Prefer comedy -I also love to watch to news
Favorite Movies
Love movies that make me laugh, think, or cry. I hate horror movies. I'm way to jumpy, a trait my husband thinks is hilarious.
Things I need / don't need
- I love all things Ohio State University! GO BUCKS! (scarlet & gray)
- I collect Absolute Vodka ads
- ideas for recycled christmas cards
- Love all things related to gay pride!
- I collect Christmas wrapping paper. Not big pieces just enough to cover a 4x6 cardboard. I just love to see all the different designs!
