About Me
My biggest passions are knitting and crocheting. I also love books and go to the library at least once a week. I also like cats and would have more if my husband would let me. :) I enjoy a good cup of tea. PG and licorice are favs. I am married with two little girls under 5yrs old. The girls are complete opposites in looks and ways, so they keep me busy. :) I work part-time from the home mostly, and this has been great for myself and the whole family. No more commutting and desk chains. I also love trying new recieps. I get new ones from the library, internet searches and a Free Magazine from Kraft Foods.
Favorite Books
My favs are Jane Austen, "sequels her fans have written" and Shojo Manga books. New authors (for me) I like: Debbie Maccomber for Blossom Street series, Hisaya Makajo for Hana-Kimi series, and Elizabeth Gaskell.

Favorite Crafts
My biggest passions are knitting and crocheting. I am never without a project at my side. I am currently working on a bright red lacy crochet short sleeved sweater for my oldest daughter's 4th birthday. I also do lot a chartiy work through knitting/crocheting. I am part of the Linus project at the library, and the Knitting Ministry at Church. It's very rewarding, and you meet some great women.

I don't enjoy watching most sports on TV, but I Love to go to, and watch hockey. "Let's go Red Wings!" Chris Chelios, Draper and Lidstrom are my favs. Our home office is decorated with Red Wings too.

Yarn, crochet hooks, anything sweet or sour, tea (prefer black, but no Earl Gray or Rooibus), Classic Fiction books, cat stuff, or games to play with under 5 kids, something Red Wings, Shojo Manga stuff, Hello Kitty, Kawaii, Ponyville stuff(My little Pony), Barbie clothes, easy and fast receips,

Thank you for the tea you sent me for the June Tea Swap. All three teas look very fun and the little snail card was really cute! (FYI though, the envelope everything was sent in was completely open when I took it out of my mailbox. I usually use tape on the envelopes I send my tea swaps in.) Thanks again! :-)
