About Me

LIve in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Work as an administrative assistance at CPA firm (my husband). My 3 grown kids live in Tampa, Miami and Mariland. As excersie I walk and swim at the beach, whenever I can. My first language is Spanish. I have 3 shitzus, Lucas, Leo and Lilo. Practice from time zen meditation.

Favorite Crafts

Love to do machine embroidery and quilting. Also mosaics although I havent work with glass in a while. Do fabric postcards and dotees. Want to start making some art quilts, need to explore that area more.

With fabric more is more. Fibers and threads I love. Also Im starting to learn to crochet and im learning needle felting.

Now im into card making. No pages for scrapbooks a I dont take photos. Learning to paint with markers.

Favorite Books

Like reading, related stories with some historic background. Do not like scary reading (vampires and monsters or killers).

If the author 1st language isSpanish I like to read in Spanish if not English.

Like poetry and Paulo Coelo books. There are times when I read a lot and times that I dont.

Love books related to quilting, I belive by looking at them that I will do all the projects shown.

Colors

Like earthtones, but on the bright side. LOVE BRIGHT AND HAPPYCOLORS. The color that I least like is purple or lilac, as it make me feel lonely. Relate that color with death.

BLACK AND WHITE IS OK FOR ME.

Food

Love homemade food, and like to bake from time to time. Specially deserts. Love family gatherings. In my world family and friends come first.
