About Me

Hello! My name is Kaye, I'm a Singaporean Chinese girl living in Singapore. I'm currently double majoring in Marketing and Management in university. I used to study Product Design but decided that it was not my cup of tea. My hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, swimming, collecting stamps, postcards, cameras and a lot of random stuff. I enjoy crafting and writing letters/postcards during my free time too. I chanced upon Postcrossing.com a couple of months back and I completely fell in love with the idea of snail mail and swaps. My life has changed so much ever since!

Tea Bags - Anything but preferably not ginger tea

Stationery - Writing Paper, Rubber Stamps, Ink Pads, Page Tags, Post-Its, Pens

Stamps - I love stamps from all countries. Please use as many as you can on the envelope that you send in.

Recipes - I'm always searching for something new to make. Please send recipes that you like.

Letters - I LOVE everything handwritten! Tell me about your day, your likes/dislikes and your favourite stuff! I love hearing stories about people's lives

Photos - 'A picture speaks a thousand words' Send me a polaroid or a picture of any random thing/event. Pictures provide me with an insight of your life. I would love it if you share with me.

Makeup - I love Lip Balms! If you're sending eye shadow, preferably neutral colours please.

Postcards - 'Greetings From', The Art of Disney/Pixar/Pixar II, Map Cards, Flag Cards, US States, Lali, Gotochi (Would love all of them written, stamped and dated)

Starbucks Cards - Country Cards, Festival Themed Cards...

Stamps - I love stamps of all kind. If you have any loose, unwanted, used stamps, please send them to me and I would really like it!

Airmail Stickers - I'm a huge fan of airmail stickers! I love collecting these from other countries so it would be lovely if you could include a few in our swap.

Washi Tape - I'm a crazy washi lover so I would love it when you send washi tapes! All designs and patterns are welcome!

Cameras - My most ridiculous and expensive collection. I love collecting working analog cameras. I've a small collection of analog and Polaroid ones which I use from time to time.

Postcards

I would like to receive postcards of following themes:

  • PostalLove 'Greetings From' (except for USA, Taiwan, China, Poland, Germany)

  • Maps (of your state/country please)

  • Flags (of your state/country please)

  • US State Cards

  • Disney

  • Gotochi

  • Lali

  • The Art of Disney/Pixar/Pixar II

  • Vintage (I love vintage cards!)

  • Touristy Cards (with the name of the place written)

Swaps

I always send out my swaps on time. If the postmark has a date difference of a few days, note that it is probably because of a weekend or Public Holiday. If you have not received my swap after a reasonable amount of time, feel free to let me know and I'll be glad to resend.

Comment: Thank you for the PC! Personally, I loved this movie. However, my Sister (3 years old) was sleeping when I watched the Bear part at the end. She woke up scared at the huge roar! We won't be watching this one together for a few more years..... :) Thanks again!

Kaye, Thank you for the coin, cover, stamps and postcards of Singapore. The magnet is awesome! I remember standing on the foot path and looking at this scene when I was in Singapore. I'm sure there is a story behind the merlion fountain..One of my favorite places in the world!

Hello, Kaye! I'm your partner for this swap. That's awesome that you are going to school. I wanted to go back at one time, but we don't have the money right now for tuition and my daughter is hoping to start beauty school soon. I have developed a slight obsession with washi tape, too! I love participating in all the sample swaps. I was collecting postcards, too, but have sort of stopped doing it. I don't have a favorite them for postcards. I like most anything!
