I really like mail art and have recently started making collages. I used to doodle, and even though haven't in awhile, I'd like to start again. I'm not a great artist (I like to temper people's expectations!) but I enjoy drawing with colored pencils or ballpoint pens. I also like to needle-point and cross-stitch.

I am a newlywed and like spending time with my husband and our extended family. I like watching movies, bowling, skiing and baseball. On the weekends, my husband and I like to go to antique stores or flea markets. My favorite colors are green and blue, and my favorite animals are sloths and turtles. I recently started learning how to play the guitar. It is really a lot of fun, even though I'm still very much a beginner. I am a vegetarian.

My husband and I recently got a new pet! He is an african pygmy hedgehog named Erik. He is adorable and a very entertaining creature.
