Are you following the Weight Watchers weight loss plan, or striving to lose weight in some other way? I'm going out on a limb here and assuming that there are other swappers who are losing weight through Weight Watchers too. I think it would be great to do a swap to inspire each other to "keep on keepin' on" the weight loss journey. ===>So, in this swap you will have 2 partners, and send them each a card (bought or handmade) with a little bit of your weight loss journey inside, including what inspires you most to keep at it. Also, include 2 (or more) meal/recipe ideas with points values that you enjoy.<=== If you are not doing Weight Watchers specifically, please be sure to include the nutritional values in your recipes instead of points. *For a heart, include some profile specific items, healthy treats, extra recipes, WW magazine, etc. Newbies welcome, but no flaking please...it's just plain old mean. Just don't sign up if you are a flakey individual! (I really don't feel like this should be a copyright issue...afterall, it is meant to encourage those following the plan) |
