Response: I'm glad you liked it! Well, lynx are pretty rare in Hungary. They used to live in the Carpathians, then went extinct during the 1st World War. Then Hungary lost 2/3 of it's territory, incl. the mountains. The lynx returned to the Carpathians in the 1980's, and the very fews one might spot in Hungary appeared in the late 90's and live in the very north, in Slovakia + Hungary (the animal kingdom doesn't care much about country borders :D unless we build a stupid wall). Estimations about their numbers in Hungary range from 1 to 10, the others cross the borders for hunting only

Response: 1 yellow or red onion (mid-size), 2 tbsp olive oil, 300 ml tomato sauce (natural, home-made is the best, but tomato cans are also fine, but add some tomato purée too), 60 ml dry red vine, 2 garlic cloves, salt, pepper (multi-color), 100 g dry red lentils, chili powder, 1 tbsp paprika (better with smoked, but normal paprika is fine) at least 200 g pumpkin for the béchamel: 1 tbs flour, 1 tbsp olive oil (or butter), 350 ml milk (I use coconut milk because of lactose-intolerance), salt, nutmeg, cheeeeese at least 9 lasagne sheets start with the pumpkin, simply bake in the oven. slice the onions, braise on oil. Add paprika (be careful not to burn!!), chili powder, garlic. Pour tomato sauce and red wine on it. Add salt, pepper, boil it, then add red lentils (no need to prepare the lentils, the rentil cooks quite fast). Cover it and cook until the red lentils are tender and ready. prepare a classic béchamel. Make roux with butter/olive oil + flour, add milk a ladleful at a time, stirring to prevent lumps, until it’s thick and creamy + add salt and nutmeg, half of the cheese. in a casserole (or anything) pour some béchamel, then a layer of lasagne, then pumpkin, béchamel, lasagna, pumpkin, béchamel, lasagna, the sauce, and béchamel + extra cheese. It can vary depending how much stuff you have, but the basic rule is that the lentils go on the top and the sauce need to cover the lasagne sheets. Then the whole stuff goes in the oven. The ingredients can be more and less, I usually use more wine (and drink some for cooking), and more béchamel, and preapare at least twice as much as this recipe. Just feel free to modify it, I never fail although the amount of ingredients is never the same. and sorry for metrics, I'm European :DD
