Comment: Sorry Colleen, i think you know why i put 3. I received only a card saying it's snowing in Chicago and no letter telling a bit more about you. And it has been posted on December 5th whereas it should have been posted by Nov. 30th. So i think 3 is a fair rating and anyway won't change many things to your total rating.
