I am soon to be 28, married and a mum to a gorgeous but hard work baby son. We live in Derbyshire, UK but am beginning to wish was In Cornwall, long walks along beach = bliss. My son has just turned 9 months old and is crawling at great speeds and getting annoyed as he can stand but not balance! We also have a very active dog called Coco who is mental and harder work than the baby buit is worth it when she behaves! I used to be very interesting and cultured but currently only seem to think/speak about babies, nappies, baby food etc so am using web to be me again!

All sorts from Belle & Sebastian to Ella Fitzgerald. Currently got back into Badly Drawn Boy, Magic Numbers, Greenday and Avalanches. I am open to other new bands but know what I dont like - Rap and crap!

I love thriller/mystery all time fav is CSI Las Vegas, NY and Miami. Also watch Nip/tuck, The Wire, West Wing see a pattern emerging? And last but not least Pinky and the Brain, they are my heroes and yes one day I will take over the world mwah hah hah.....

I am a trained knitter to MA level and would love to earn a living sat researching, experimenting and making fabrics but am happy to do it when my son sleeps at the minute. I push knitting to be more than just a way to make clothes and get excited by what happens when you use light and knitting together...... Love fiddling with wire and paper, and did love going to galleries and talking about it. I really admire Rebecca Horns work and Caroline Broadhead.
