Hi, I am 21 yrs old and live in England. I work with babies and young children as it my passion to ensure all children have the best possible start in life.

I live with my Fiancé, cat and Degu. As well as a passion for childcare I also love reading, music and movies. I am currently studying towards a degree in Sociology part time and learning Mandarin too.

I joined Swap bot as i find the idea of writing letter and postcards and sending them around the world very romantic as it is no something we have to do anymore.

My musical tastes are varied. it depends what mood I am in in a saturday night I enjoy dance songs by artists like Calvin Harris and David Guetta. While I am in the office at work I like listening to the old classics from the 80's.

Sometimes I am in the mood for rock and indie music too.

Mostly I just listen to BBC radio 4.

I love a good crime thriller and have a host of favourite authors that I search the kindle books store for cheap deals.

I am also still in love with the young adult fiction i read a school. I think they are some of the best books around and I regularly go back and read them time and time again.

As well as reading fiction i also read alot for my uni degree and for work as well. I have recently been reading up on behavior management and communication development.

Movies!! Well I dont like horror films as i am a massive wimp when it comes to jump scares, blood and gore.
Thrillers, comedy, sci-fi and action are all good though.

I also love disney. I have been collecting the DVD's for ages now.

I spend a lot of my spare time making bits and bobs for the children at work. From sensory bottles, story sacks and treasure baskets to creating new play recipes for messy play. I am always interested to here what play ideas other people have from young children including crafts.

Other hobbies include cycling, gaming and baking. When i saw i bake i mean i attempt to bake. Either my food looks lovely and tastes awful or it looks horrid and tastes divine.

I am not a very crafty person. When i was younger i would take a box home from the supermarket every week and make a new house for one of my teddys. I used whatever i could find around the house as i didn't really have any arts or crafts stuff bought for me by my parents.

So i am willing to discover any crafts and give everything a go.

Disney, the colour purple is my favourite although i like all colours and styles, dogs, cats, degus, messy play, treasure baskets, cycling, crime thrillers, flowers, vintage, nursery rhymes, spring, summer, the seaside, chocolate, wool, seagulls dancing, cheeesecake, have no allergies, hugs, handwritten things, mushrooms, tea all flavours including fruit but not loose, hot chocolate

Micky mouse, spiders, straight lines, cheese, being stuck in the office, moths, pigeons, coffee, sandwiches

I love postcards and i am really enjoying swapping them. Whenever i join a postcard swap i try and ensure that that I send something my partner will like and its as special as possible.

I love to receive postcards with: Animals (especially cute ones) nature and scenery Touristy Postcards Anything from your country or culture

I prefer store bought postcards though please.
