Hello, I'm Deidre or Dee as I like to be called. I am 35 and a happily married woman to my best friend.I love the country, love animals of all kinds.I have a black rescued dog named Scooter and a betta Fish! I would love to own a horse someday. I am pretty generous person who loves to give. I am shy until you get to know me and pretty laid back and fun loving. I love being with family, a few good friends and love to do crafts of all types. I especially love Scrapbooking, photography and card making.I follow Christianity but I am by far a bible thumper I like to live by the golden rule. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" I believe in prayer. I believe in miracles and heaven and living a kind and honorable life the best that I can. Currently I work as a nursing assistant but what to go back to school to get my degree in something. LOL I would love to find a pen pal from outside of North America to get a different perspecitive on another culture just E-mail me for my address!! I would love day own my own log home on some land and build an animal santuary for stray, abandoned, or injured animals to come to stay for a refugee. I would love to own a bird one day like a parrot or parakeet. I am a pretty traditional person and I love the colors blue, pink and purple. and some green.I think I was born in the wrong era as I love Victorian things, loved that era! I love to go to thrift stores and garage sales and find cool items...like vintage stuff also from the 50's like cherries etc. I just got my first tattoo and I love it. I think I might get addicted to getting them as I want a couple more now for each of my pets. I would love a German pen pal as I want to learn to speak German, as I come from German decent. German people that immigarated from Russia to be exact. I would love to hand write letters but I find my writing is just awful so I usually type them if that is ok with a penpal.

I love all Music!! I really love Country music but I have favorites in each and every genre, Rod Stewart, John Mellencamp, Hedley, Paul Brandt, Paul Simon, Miranda Lambert,Keith Urban, Michael Buble. I used to play Saxophone, Alto and Tenor for 10 years and I have never got back into it but I keep thinking I should.It all depends on my mood. I am into different music at different times, but I like pretty much anything except death metal and Devil worship music if you know what I mean...

I don't watch a lot of TV, but I love Antiques roadshow, love Nature programs. I love watching documentaries such as Intervention and Obsessed and hoarders. Not much into reality shows other than those few. I do watch Ellen when I need a good laugh, its my feel good show. I am a sucker for a good hallmark hall of fame movie. I know pretty sappy but I love them.I prefer to read than watch TV

Books ahhhh I love books to say I am a book junkie is to put it lightly!!! I love to read, collect old books, classics, etc. I don't care too much for thrillers or Mystery but I love true life stores and documentaries and I love fiction by Beverly Lewis about the Amish People. I love learning about different cultures and enviroments that people live in... I am a christian so I do read a lot of books on Christianity. I love books by Corrie Ten Boom and historical christian fiction. I also love little bity gift books. I love to listen to books on audio as well.

Love retro stuff like 20's-50's Era.(cherries, polka dots, love my pearls or anything with a pearl.

Love country stuff (cowgirl-folk art stuff) I am a cowgirl at heart!

Love bath Products especially minty, tea tree and earthy smells.
