I'm a quilter, but I love all things crafty. I tend to try new crafts (or crafts new to me) often in case there's something out there I just might like. Lately I've been refinishing/re-building furniture, and because of such my quilts have been slightly neglected. I also do hand embroidery and a little cross stich. I much prefer embroidery, though. I don't have any favorite fabrics, except mostly all of them. I love large prints, bright colors, pinks, yellows, turqs .. who am I kidding? I love them all!

I'm a married lady living in North Texas. I have two full blooded chow chows, and 4 obnoxious cats. I'm also a foster mom for a local no-ill animal shelter. I love any and everything pumpkin. I even have them tattooed on my chest! I'm a baker. I own a small desert catering company. I love trying new recipes and sharing the best ones! I refinish furniture, I love kitschy items. What can I say, I'm a jack of all trades! Or Jill, rather.
