I am a bohemian wannabe stuck in the corporate world. I have dreams of joining the Peace Corps and after completing my tour living completely off the grid. For now, I’m in semi-middle management trying to make a buck or two for corporate America and put a few coins in my own pocket as well.

I have two teenagers--a boy 17, and a girl 15 and I have two cats. I finally finished school this year (yea!) with a degree in business management. I'm looking into a master's program in applied anthropology, but might take off a year before jumping into that. I love going to school and just wish someone would PAY me to go!!

I really enjoy history and have been fascinated with the medieval period (both historical and fantastical) for as long as I can remember.

My favorite colors are pink and orange together! I'm also partial to aqua and lime green together and really like the brown/pink, brown/light blue combinations I'm seeing so much of lately...

I love, love, love books of all kinds... I have a room full of bookcases that are full of books and I still have stacks of books throughout the rest of my house... My favorite hangout is the bookstore.

I like woodland creatures--little mice, turtles, frogs, squirrels, raccoons...

I love all things celestial—moons, stars, suns (but not as much when they have faces)

Scents I enjoy are: lavender, coconut, coconut/lime, magnolia, sandalwood, sage, clove, grapefruit—nothing too sweet smelling

Playing Dungeons and Dragons - although I rarely have the time.

I'm into all things spiritual-like: crosses, runes, tarot, stones (like crystals/minerals), scripture, labyrinths, feng shui, yoga, goddess, celtic, astrology (I'm a Gemini), meditation.

Animals: Coyote, Heron, Crow

I collect quotations. I have them written in notebooks and on scraps of paper around my desk.

I love baking – my favorite recipes are for appetizer/finger foods and desserts.

I enjoy all kinds of music and classify a favorite as a CD I can listen to in its entirety without skipping songs. Those are: Jack Johnson, Incubus, Counting Crows, Beethoven, Mozart, Indigo Girls, 30 Seconds to Mars, Apocalyptica

I prefer mystery and fantasy, but read a little bit of everything...
