Postcard travelled the world to get to you I see - teehee. Believe it or not simple paper gluestick and double sided sticky tape is keeping that baby in tact. Nothing wrong with decent glue :)
Just finished making my first cherry pie, i am just waiting for it to cool. It smells sooooo good. I have hunted scott out of the kitchen about 10 times since i started.
Yay got your pie recipes. I want to try them both these school holidays :) I would love more dessert pies. Scott is so excited about the cheery pie. I had my first bacon and egg pie today it was amazing! I got the recipe for you to try. I am going to try write out the savoury pies this weekend.
Oh good to know about the mince. Sprite is just brand of lemonade here, i also know it is in america so i put that in brackets. We call the other stuff traditional lemonade, their is also yellow lemonade (solo?) and pink lemonade. Like that isn't confusing at all, I was trying to think of equivalents so as not to send the wrong thing. Like one of the recipes for the scavenger hunt needs yellow (solo?) lemonade...i get lost in translation sometimes. So many things are this same but different between our 2 countries. My family is back so I will ask about the cool chicken pie recipes mum has.
I know - it's funny...the only Greetings from postcard I even had was the Washington Map card. It was a good excuse to drive out to Northern Quest Casino with my husband on Sunday to see if they had any postcards (and to check out all the changes) and they had a very cool vintagey one that was perfect for the swap, so hopefully it's a new one for your collection. :)

Yummy! that is all i have to say. I had to end up using black cherries cause that was all i could find. Still really good.
