Hey mamamonkey, I have the same issue with living in a small town and going to the P.O. Once it leaves my PO it goes to the next towns PO before it goes to Cincinnati PO. So the postmark may never look like the day it was sent. If I send on a Friday or Saturday it may not be postmarked till that Monday or Tuesday. Just the way things work. I just always hope it gets there before the two week deadline. Will be sending out your bookmarks soon.
Thank you so much. The frog is delightful and I am not sure yet what I will do with it. My daughter is probably going to want it and want me to turn it into a pin but it is very cute. The detail for something that small is amazing.
It blows my mind that some swappers are so concerned about the send date that they look at the post office stamp.and then complain about it being different from the "sent" date on the swap. I know rules say you should show sent on the actual send date, but things happen., As long as you get it within a reasonable time who cares. Right?
