I detest introductions, but I will be a good sport and give it a go. I'm a 29 year old mom and wife from the concrete jungle of New York City. I work full time as a project manager, I do approximately 15 hours of volunteer work a week with the fire department, I design stationery which I sell on Etsy, and, of course, I'm a mom - which is ALWAYS a full time job. I guess you could say I keep busy.

I enjoy writing - whether with pen pals, prose, poetry, or blogging. I paint as often as I can, which is not often enough. I have loved reading since before I even learned how. I like to try my hand at various crafty things.

I'm incredibly opinionated, but always refrain from forcing those opinions on others. I curse excessively - let's just say Friday is not my favorite F word. I am painfully honest and blunt. I'm nearly impossible to offend.

I love long rambling conversations. Autumn is my absolute favorite season. I live for coffee. I would live off of tacos and pizza if I could.

I love Harry Potter, Star Wars, Supernatural, Percy Jackson, the Lord of the Rings, & anything Tim Burton.

I love a full mailbox. I love letters, little ephemera, stamps, and pretty much anything someone might have seen and thought of me. Snail mail is the purest form of human communication - proof of our desire to connect and share our lives with others.

As a rule, I never send anything that I, myself, would be disappointed to receive and would appreciate the same in turn. :)

My taste in music is varied but mostly runs 80's, 90's, early 2000. I love Alternative, Grunge, Classic Rock, & Punk.
