About Me

I enjoy estate sale-ing, thrift store shopping, garage sales, and all things clearance! I am fairly new to quilting, but have been crafting my whole life. I've recently began sewing other things, like purses, i.d. cases, etc. Reading blogs is addicting. Especially when using StumbleUpon! The tutorials I've found have given me this attitude that "I can make anything!" I truly believe I can. What an empowering feeling! I have a feeling my addictive personality and swap-bot are going to get along famously! Thanks for reading about me! :)

Favorite Movies

I love to watch all types of movies, except Action/Adventure. Lean towards Drama, and Romantic Comedies (chick flick stuff!)

Favorite Books

I love to read. Currently only have time to get to my monthly book club read, which is usually a good pick! I enjoy the quick beach reads tho when I'm on vacation!

I am a mom to three beautiful daughters! Happily Married! Practicing Catholic! Occupational Therapy Assistant working in geriatrics! I love older people!!

Comment: Hi Chrissy, I received your two fabric pieces today. The one with the butterfly is perfect, however, the other one has a rather large corner missing and the sides are cut rather raggedy. I might be able to cut a square out of it the size of 8 1/4". I would like to return the second piece please. Thank you, Barbara
Response: Barbara, I'm sorry for the inaccurate size of the block. I don't always cut the pieces perfectly, but usually I make certain they are at least 9 x 9. I will send out another, and I hope you will change my rating when you receive it.

Hi! I'm afraid I still haven't received my fabrics from you for the Simple Square Swap, Series Two #10. Sometimes things can take a while to get here, so I just wanted to know if you sent them?
