While I do like chocolate, I live in south Texas where it's hot all the time so probably better to not send unless it's Nov-Feb....sorry, it gets too melty....

Mostly listen to Country & Western, love George Strait, Toby Keith, Taylor Swift, also the oldies...like Hank Thompson, Bob Wills (still the king of western swing.) Also like the music from the 40's, big band sound, Dean Martin, Engelbert. and i LOVE irish music, like the Irish Rovers.

Avid quilter, also do a little bit of jewelry making, when time allows but mostly use glass type beads, NO PLASTIC BEADS. Fave fabrics are bold & loud, Amy Butler, Tula Pink, wild combos in unexpected patterns. No yarn work at all.
Paper crafting....oh dear, it's become a new obsession....loving all sorts of papers, started stamping a little, using distressing inks on the edges etc. working on an art journal inspired by Jennibellie in the UK, check her out :http://jennibelliestudio.blogspot.com/ Just discovered what a "pocket letter" is.....this won't help.....lol, i LOVE them!!!

I subscribe to a few quilt related mags, really love Ricky Tims & Mark Lipinski.

Couldn't take my eyes off the screen during Avatar. Star Trek, X-Men (surprised me that I loved it!) any movie that will make me laugh.

I love the "baking scents", like vanilla, cinnamon, apple pie, that sort of thing. also like the soothing scents like lavender. no bayberry....hate that one....also not too crazy about the overly fruity berry scents, been way over done by teen aged girls....

What do I collect?? well, i love "location magnets", you know, the ones w/ the name of a place. i have them on my frig.

PC's: i like postcards that have location names; city, state, country etc. scenic views; landmarks, typical cultural pix, that sort of thing. unless the swap calls for it, i'm not into the cutesy type, like cartoons or something. i like seeing the world & it's glorious splendor thru the cards i get from others.

i love fat quarters, quilters will know what that is, it's a piece of quilting fabric 18" x 20". it's just a thing quilters love.

koozies, do i have koozies...you know, the cold drink holders, some call them coldy holders, but you get the point, your cold can or bottle drink goes in it.

cool, funky pens, or any type of writing instrument. i don't know, something about those, i just love. again, it's a thing....

crosses....do i love crosses....well, i have over 100 displayed in my home. from tiny to large, i love them all. strictly wall crosses, none to "display" on a shelf.

i'm a real bag lady, i love all kinds of shopping bags, whether from stores or hand made. i do try & always have some in my car to take into a store. we too in our city will be doing away w/ plastic bags very soon.

scrapbook papers in "usuable" shapes & sizes; squares, rectangles, tags etc.

Pierced ears, i usually wear long dangly earring. mostly silver, but sometimes i do wear gold. my bracelet size is about 6 1/2-7 1/2". i wear bangles & charms, stretch or cuff. absolutely love pearls. Big chunky necklaces & bracelets. (Sort of over the top....) definitely a scarf person, all kinds; large square, oblongs etc....i have many & use them all.

I can't stand licorice, dark chocolate & coconut. (but i love using coconut oil, go figure) Not too much of a Halloween person. Rarely use anything brown, though i LOVE animal prints like zebra & leopard, tiger etc.

Don't understand the thrill w/: Hello Kitty, Twilight, Harry Potter. No anime, manga; what's up w/ that anyway?

Don't have much need for stuff like colored socks (too hot), teas, (again, too hot) plastic beads, cutesy shelf decor items, hair accessories, mine is short.
