It's been awhile since I've been on swapbot. I miss the exchanges of art back and forth so I've decided to get into creating and sharing again. I'm married and live in a small town. I have always been interested in art . I studied Art Education in college .I loved every class I had but I must say I was really drawn to ceramics. Currently I am a part time Home care provider for a few mentally disabled young people. Some days are quite interesting and they keep me on my toes. I do not believe there are many art or craft projects I have not tried. I love them all and am looking forward to sharing with this awesome group.

I like all kinds of music but my most favorite would have to be Steely Dan or music that is similar. I also like Bowie (am I dating myself?) and Led Zepplin I do not get a chance to listen to much lately so not really up on the latest.

Diane Gabaldon series Outlander I like most things from Neil Gaiman loved The New Earth-Eckhart Tolle I love love love books about creating things, esp metal, altered, fauxbone, stamping or any new technique. I also adore cookbooks but now with everything online I do not use or buy them. I belong to a book club, we have read so many I cant remember them but the above mentioned are my favorites. I like to read or listen to books by Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay or Mike Dooley when I feel like I'm getting out of sync with things and feel like being inspired.

The Green Mile, Groundhog Day, Overboard, Shawshank Redemption, Napoleon Dynamite,The Holiday, Contact, The Man that Fell to Earth, The Truman Show, Yes Man.

Modern Family, Pawn Stars, Big Brother, Survivior, Nip/Tuck, Pysc, Taboo, Hoarders any thing on History Channel, Caprica, Medium,The Office,Nurse Jackie, True Blood and lots of stuff on Scyfi channel. The new series Life is wonderful! Antiques Roadshow is a favorite. Since I last entered my info quite a few things have changed. I have many Netflix and HBO favorites as well as podcasts.

Metal clay, metal smithing, Drawing and painting with all kinds of mediums. I recently purchased some ice resin so I plan to experiment with that. I have quite a collection of stamps and little bits of this and that that I am collecting for that "future" project..that is why I watch hoarders Ha! I love altered art and adore the work of Teesha Moore and Jodi Ohl. I love paper and collage collections. I guess you can say I like it all.

I love small things, if its little I will like it. I also like pieces of interesting paper or fabric. Pencils and pens are great. Coins from other countries, ribbon, tools, metal doo-dads or charms are very nice too. I love coffee , no flavored. I love to cook and use really fresh ingredients, lots of veggies with pasta dishes are always great. My favorite colors are greens or greenish blues.I am also am attracted to red objects,

Clean Eating, Belle Armoire Jewelry. Cloth, Paper , Scissors. If I could have more I would. I love getting a magazine in the mail, settling down and getting lost in the pages.
