I live in the far south of Florida and I normally have inky and gluey fingers. I'm a single Mom to a very active little boy. We love traveling! I work a full time job so crafting and art are my outlets of stress that builds up. I'm a Christian, I volunteer at my church any chance I can, love working with the toddlers in the Sunday School class. I live in sandals, I hate socks. I also hate GLUTEN in my food, well it hates me. Looking forward to sharing my art with you all!

I'm a metal head at heart, Christian Rock would be my go to sound. But I love a country twang too depends on the mood I'm in, yeah I'm a little moody at times but hey I'm human. Basically I find music to be my calming place to zone out.

The Bible. I know cliche but I LOVE my bible. It has all kinds of side notes, drawings, doodles, anything that reminds me of a sermon. I doodle in church, I'm sure the other women see me and think I'm just nuts but oh well! OLD HYMNALS! I love crafting with them!

Don't get me started but I'm a movie freak.. I HATE remakes, I do not care for prequels, well maybe Star Wars. Romantic Comedies, Sci-Fi, Mysteries, and Pyschological thrillers would be top of the list. ORIGINALITY is what I look for in a film. Most favorite movie ever would have to be Say Anything... with John Cusack

Mixed Media for sure, I've started an art journal FINALLY. I just let it all go when I play with my gel press or stencils and texture paste. It's my place to attempt to let go of control and see what happens with all my diff sprays, paints, etc. I'm more of a rebel when it came to my scrapbooks, never stayed in the lines of the "layout' world. I'm much happier just getting those photos in a book and creating around them.

I would also say that I really love re-purposing items, be it painting, staining, cutting down, recovering...lots of textures in my life and I love it like that.
