PARTNERS PLEASE READ!! I am completely ashamed that I have gotten behind in my swaps! This isn't a plea for sympathy of attention, I just want to post here hoping my partners will see it if they don't get the individual messages I'm about to send. I am guilty of getting excited and signing up for too many swaps at one time. I was keeping up with them until my 10 year old son came home for a week (he's been gone for a month) and I needed to spend all the time I could with him and he was only going to be in the area for that week and one more weekend before going back for more intensive educational therapy for at least another month. After he went back I was just getting caught up on my swaps (spent over $50 at the PO on the 17th) We came upon serious financial issues. I have the materials and stuff to send for all my swaps but just can't make the $ problems worse by spending more on shipping before I get paid. We have things on the uphill push now, and I get paid on the 1st of August so I will be able to send all of my late swaps then. I just wanted to let all my partners know that I have not forgotten about you and I am NOT flaking! I totally understand if some choose to give me a low rating at least until they get their swap packages. Thanks for your understanding!

First of all: thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I have TONS of info here, and please don't feel like I won't appreciate whatever you send; I WILL!! I just want to provide as many details as anyone could ever want... if you have any questions feel free to email or PM me! I'm a 30 yr old female. Mom to a 10 year old and a 5 year old. Step mom to 13 and 11 (ALL boys!!) I teach at a special school for autistic kiddos. I LOVE to craft, and I'm a newly formed fiber addict (can't knit though)

My swapping expectations...well, I want to receive things that tell me about YOU. about YOUR place. about YOUR life. about YOUR experiences. about YOUR beliefs. I love learning about other places and learning from other people's lives. So, if you want to give me a treat, don't focus on me and my likes, focus on yours. tell me something new.

I really don't collect anything specific. or have favorite colors. But, if you live in Wisconsin and you love a cheese shop down the way and sent me some cheese, I'd be thrilled! or if you play in a jazz quartet and you sent me a poster or ashtray from your last gig, I'd jump up and down. If you're a grandma and you knit blankets for new babies? Wohoo! If you're a corporate tycoon and you make ATCs from office memos? I love it!

KWIM? That's why I swap. To get away from my usual choices and into things that I would never have experience with.

Dirty Dancing, Heathers, I really enjoy scary movies but not the slasher blood and guts type, more paranormal thrillers. In all honesty my true favorite is a VERY cheesy soft core porn that is the funniest thing I have EVER seen! "Lord of the G String"

Gilmore Girls, Big Brother, Reality TV shows, House, anything on food network, but usually the TV is just on for background noise while I'm crafting.

I NEED a color cartridge for my dinosaur of a printer. If anyone could send me a Lexmark or HP # 80 cartridge I'd love you FOREVER!! (even empty, cause I can't buy them around here anymore and I could get it refilled!) the printer is a Compaq IJ750 if you know of another color cartridge that will fit it!

I have recently discovered the fun of making note cards and book marks and would GREATLY appreciate any materials or tools to expand my tiny stash and improve my finished products. I'm really not into things that are really dark or goth, but I LOVE pink and black together! My favorite character EVER is Tinker bell... "NEVER grow up!" See my avatar and real name to understand my severe obsession with all types of hearts.

Random list of things I like: -season: fall (and spring) -animals: frogs and cute bugs. I'm allergic to cats -Colors: I love pastel colors mixed with rich browns, my living room is done in autumn colors and earth tones. I also like bright colors, particularly greens, teals and blues, and purples too. - hearts - tinkerbell - CHOCOLATE (especially dark) - colored pens/markers - "clean" or "water" scents -puzzle piece patterns for Autism awareness - dragons - hair goodies (headbands, barrettes, bobby pins clips, etc) music- 80's in general, contemporary easy listening, silly kids songs, but none of us like the Wiggles or Barney, In the car I usually listen to talk radio, or books on tape.
