My name is Mikey, I'm from Long Island and now live in Pittsburgh. I'm an artist and a toy collector. I have a deep fondness for my boyfriend, our pets (3 cats, 2 gerbils & a turtle), artwork of all kinds, toys of all kinds, and nearly everything that comes out of Japan.

:::Likes:::: I love San-x such as : Mamegoma, Rillakuma, Monokuro Boo, Tarepanda, Kogepan, Kamo no Hashikamo and Kutusita Nyanko. BUT I have very easy acces to this stuff at my job so I'd prefer to recieve:

Sanrio: Hello Kitty (esp. Classic 70's and 80's style Hello Kitty), My Melody & Kuromi, Cinnamoroll, Sugar Bunnies, Pankunchi, Little Twin Stars, Badtz Maru, Chococat, Kerropi, Pekkle, Tenorikuma and Pocchaco.

Other Characters: Gloomy Bear, Hamtaro, Hannari Tofu, Mini-World, CocoaBear, Awa-Awa Chan, Natto-Chan.

I love Strawberrys and Mushrooms. I also am getting hooked on things w/ sweets or japanese food - esp. w/ cute faces :)

My favorite animals are Elephants and Pandas. I also love forest animals (hedgehogs, brown bears, deer, frogs) and mixed animals in general. I LOVE designs such as Puni-Puni Animals, Pocket smile and Pop'n'Friends.

I don't like most things with kawaii girls but I do if they are dressed in Goth Lolita Fashion or as Maids. I'll pretty much go crazy for anything with maids.

I prefer strong colors and earth tones over flowery pastels. Of course, if it is pink and has one of my favorite characters, i wont mind :)

:::Disklikes::: Stuff with real photos, I prefer illustrations. Charmmy Kitty, Jewel Cat. Stuff that is only lacey or girly or flowery, I prefer interesting characters to pretty designs. I'm not into floral motifs or anything like that. I'm also not into goth, skull & crossbone or pirate designs.
