I am 55, a wife, mom, and grandma. I am a registered nurse - retired and now teaching for u of m flint. I love paper crafting, Scrapbooking, stamping, mixed media, ATCs, and card making. I love to look at others' work, enjoying their creations and gaining inspiration for mine! I like to play with ink, embossing, chipboard and painting - both watercolor and acrylic. Not many of my friends are into these things, so I depend upon internet based interaction with others. I like most people,but am content to be at home most of the time.

I like to stay up late - currently ... Game of Thrones... Big Bang Theory..., Last Man Standing...., Law and Order SVU reruns....

If you checked out my iTunes, you would learn that I have very eclectic tastes in music... Ranging from the 70's (from which I believe the greatest music ever was created) - to current pop. About the only music I dislike is jazz...and most classical. I love classic rock & roll, and old Motown. I could listen to the Spinners, the O-Jays, the Temptations all day... And then there is Pink Floyd, Bob Seger, Aerosmith, and the list goes on and on. I grew up listening to old time country...George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Johnny cash and Charlie Pride :) Like I said...eclectic :) I love it.

I love making mini albums! I don't even have to put pics into them! I especially like making the entire album from scratch. I like to paint, to play with ink, embossing powder, metal embellishments... I like to make shadow boxes. I have to grunge it up, or I'm not happy with it. I love color, and paper... I am lucky to have a dedicated craft room... I like things orderly, but I can make a mess!!! I have way too much stuff. One of my goals this year is to use up things before I buy something else. I like to shop - obviously - I would like to get to a place in my mind where I only shop for those items that I plan to use right now! Wish me luck lol.

Current scrapbook projects - new granddaughter, and new grandson... youngest son - he plays guitar and likes dirt bikes.

I like paper with interesting figures that can be cut out... I like old printed words...not necessarily foreign , but old. I like old books, and old costume jewelry. I also like old interesting buttons :) I like homemade paper and beautiful lace. I shop at thrift stores when I have the time... I like old miniature metal things:) I like fairies and butterflies and old roses. I love dogs and birds. I like Washi tape. I like ATCs - interesting to swap.

I don't care for stickers, i don't use them much in my projects. Maybe flower / butterflies... But I usually will alter them if I use them.
I don't like discussing politics I don't like to share views on religion I don't like bright colors I don't like project life items...
