About Me

I'm married with two kids: a 23 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. My best friend is my mommie. I am a deacon at Valley Presbyterian Church. I have 13 cats and I feed all of the stray animals outside our house, like the racoons. I'd like to get back into the EMS field when my son starts school next fall.

Some of my favorite things include: the color green, Christmas, all critters (except for spiders), pink flamingos, Lillies of the Valley, blue christmas ornaments, and vacationing at Presque Isle, laying out on the beach (not the swimming part!).

Favorite Crafts

Scrapbooking, card making, embroidering, sewing, jewelry making...basically any craft that is out there!

Favorite Music

I absolutely love country, but I will listen to almost anything. Some of my favorite artists are: Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Brooks and Dunn, Hank Jr., Kenny Chesney, REO Speedwagon, No Doubt, Dave Matthews Band, and The Beach Boys.

Favorite Books

I enjoy reading true crime books. The last one I read was Murder in the Heartland. I loved the Hardy Boys when I was a kid!

Favorite Movies

It's hard to watch movies with a 5-year old around, but when I can I love to watch horror and suspense movies. Some of my favorite movies are Jesus Christ Superstar, Saw 1, 2 and 3, Evan Almighty, and the Die Hard movies.

Comment: I sent you a private message explaining the situation, 2 weeks to answer and since I got no response here we go: It's the first time I'm rating anyone a 3, but I have no choice. The package that I received was not worth 5 USD in my opinion. I received 2 small erasers, 13 summery memo-sheets 3 notecards with envelopes (of which 2 were ruined by some dirt and I can't use them), 3 small buttons, 6 small eyelets and 2 sheets of commercial letter paper and the matching envelope was torn aswell. Sorry to be the first one to rate you with something else than a 5 but I have to be fair to the other swappers, too.

Comment: One of the best packages I have ever received! Everything so nice and pretty! I absolutely loved each and every present. Thank you for taking the time to personalize the gifts. When I opened the package it was like Christmas morning and my gift giver knew me very well. I could have sworn you were peering over my shoulder!
