Hello! My name is Lesly and I'm a recent college graduate working in the business world now. I enjoyed comedy writing, color guard/marching band, and environmental activism in school.

My hobbies include: stamp collecting, crafting, hiking, Just Dance, satire writing, TV, and exploring places/restaurants. I have a great love of food and drink. I have a knack/liking for creating things, so I'm glad I found swap-bot.

Some facts about me:

1. I love the performing arts. I've been dancing since I was 6 and I picked up color guard in high school but I still enjoy busting out moves and just started playing Just Dance. It's fun and a GREAT workout.

2. I have a passion for humor, comedy, and satire. I created a satire site with some friends back in 2020, so you'll definitely find me brainstorming headline and article ideas.

3. Environmental stewardship and sustainability is so important to me. I am a diehard recycler, but also believe reducing waste is equally important. As I go through life, I want to find ways to avoid plastic & unnecessary packaging, and opt for reusable/degradable options.

My favorite tv show is Parks and Recreation. I absolutely love this show, it's my life. ^_^ I really identify with all of the wacky and hilarious characters. I love Amy Poehler, aka the amazing Leslie Knope; she's hilarious and ridiculous and passionate at the same time and she's a wonderful role model.

Watching Currently: Grey's Anatomy, Bridgerton, Baby Reindeer, Only Murders in the Building.

I really enjoy reading autobiographies too. The ones I've recently read are Jimmy Carter's A Full Life, and Mindy Kaling's Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?
