Born and raised in Upstate New York! Thanks to my awesome hubby, I live in Central California now. I'm a licensed cosmetologist. But I also love music... I'm a piano instructor, hence, my username! I started pen palling old school when I was in high school. I've always loved crafty stuff! Kind of got out of it when I had kids... but they're old enough to change their own diapers now (ages 8 and 11 ;-) so I'm ready to get back into this!

I love non-fiction books! I love reading books containing stories from the Middle East or even different political books. I'm always up for a murder mystery too.

My favorite go-to TV show is Dateline. However, during the Covid-19 phase, I haven't been watching it. Need an overdose of positivity. Will resume after the pandemic and catch up! I love HGTV shows. One of my fave shows is Beachfront Bargain Hunt. I miss the days of watching Food Network when that was the only place to watch food videos! I like watching Wheel of Fortune, and I love watching documentaries!!!

I consider myself a crafty person. I love stationery and stickers and cool pens. I have always enjoyed mail art. In the 90's I used to have a ton of pen pals and exchange friendship books (fbs), slams, sticker bags, etc. I am restarting again so I need to work on upping my stash!!!!
