About Me

I live in Tasmania, Australia, where winter is in June, and Christmas is in the middle of summer. By day I am a mild mannered secretary, but my real loves are my family, God, writing and journalling, and most kinds of arts and crafts. Some major life events put swaps on the back-burner for awhile, but I'm missing the fun & joy of swapping so I'm hoping to get back into it!

Favorite Television

New Tricks, Doc Martin, The Brief (All British Dramas). I also like Lost, 24, House, Life and Grey's Anatomy.

Favorite Crafts

I am crazy about paper, so my favourite crafts include collage, papermaking, handmade cards and art art journalling. I'm also really into altering postcards. Watercolour painting, drawing (esp with coloured pencils), 4x4'art, basic beading, stamping and basic knitting and patchwork are also fun. I'd like to get into making my own books, although I've only made a couple of plain note books so far.

Response: I'm terribly sorry that I was so late on this swap, but I tried to make up for it by sending an Aussie mag which would be a bit unusual where you are. Please let me know if the magazine never actually arrived. A serious family event intervened at the time and I'm really only just starting to get into swaps again now. I hope to get swapping again and pick my ratings up.

Response: Again, I'm really sorry I was so late with my send for this swap. A rather sad family event came up and I lost track of all my swaps for awhile there. I did send though, so I hope you received the Aussie craft mag eventually. And most importantly, I hope you enjoyed it :-)
