Hello everyone 👋🏼 my name is Anna (22f), currently living in Rhode Island USA, and I absolutely love crafting and penpalling! I have been a part of the community for about 8 years now and I never plan on quitting. I love stickers, washi tape, die cuts,, just anything that can be used to craft and scrapbook!! If I had to pick my favorite theme/aesthetic, it’d definitely be vintage and floral 🌿🌸🍂🍄‍🟫 My favorite color scheme is definitely neutral fall colors (yellows, browns, oranges) although my favorite season is a tie between spring and summer✨ and I am a sucker for mushrooms. As for my personality, even though I’m only a young 22 years old, I’ve always been labeled as having an old soul and that my spirit radiates one of the 1970s. My bedroom definitely shows that with my lava lamps, vintage cameras and music players (not to mention my very, very, VERY large collection of authentic pristine cd collection varying from the 60s-90s), and quirky mushrooms scattered around every corner 🍄 I also collect postcards, with a collection well over 600!! And stamps, specifically used stamps. I just love when a stamp is marked up from the post office!

When it comes to receiving snail mail I am not picky and love just about anything you can create! I actually prefer mail that tells me a story about the sender rather than the sender trying to make something based on my own interests. I will never be one to request specific items or stationary crafts, but I’ll also never turn away goodies ✨

My only request is that if you plan on incorporating postcards, to please write, doodle, mark up, decorate, etc. on them! A plain postcard just looks so sad and I love to look through my collection to see the story it tells on the backside :) oh, and for goodies, I do not collect anything in particular when it comes to sets, special editions, etc. so please save those for someone who does! I’m more in it for the art rather than the collecting aspect :) ———————————————-

➡️For my postcard swap pals, please refrain from sending cutout/shaped postcards. I find that they both don’t fit in my collection boxes and binders , and I personally also just think that most of them are kind of ugly. Just a simple standard rectangular postcard works best for me!

• if you are here from a blank postcard swap, I will leave it up to you if you want to send them blank or if you want to write/decorate them :) either way, I will give the cards a warm and cozy home

🚢 one last little note - I am a huge nerd when it comes to the RMS Titanic, specifically the 1912 ship. In the odd chance that you have a postcard or any goodies that are related to that, I would absolutely adore and love you for that! It’s hard to find anything related to the titanic that isn’t just junky prints on Amazon unfortunately and id rather receive something that someone either made or had lying around their house/craft collection. I am also a fan of the movie and would adore anything related to it as well, but my fascination is more geared towards the majestic ship itself ♥️
