Memories! Make 1 for your partner. Use embrodiery if you want or cross stitch. It doesn't have to be white either! Sender's choice!

could we use an exiting vintage hanky but cross stitch on it?

My sister has been bugging me to embroider some hankies for her. I didn't think anyone else used them. I'm a Kleenex person myself. But my sister gave her grand daughters cute purses for Christmas and among the goodies inside were fancy hankies. So maybe the trend is coming back? I'm in.

Can the hankie be machine embroidered? Or does it all have to be done by hand?

Machine embroidery is a great idea! Cross stitching is great! Gussy them up!

I learned to iron on my dad's, also. Good times.
