Wacky, Silly & Unusual Holidays-August

There is a holiday for every day of the year. Since we will all be using the same holiday calendar, go to this website for the calendar month of August: http://holidayinsights.com/moreholidays/august.htm

Using this calendar, you'll pick 4 different holidays from the month, you choose which four, and send something to your partner that has to do with the holidays you choose. It can be a news article, craft, purchased item, etc. Try to mix it up a little. Anything that comes to mind that represents that holiday. There are so many fun holidays this month! For ex: August 9 is Book Lover's Day. You might send a good book. August 17 is National Thriftshop Day. You could find something at the thriftshop that you think your partner might like. Use your imagination! So you will send your partner a total of 4 items. After you have collected the 4 items, please send them all together to your partner by the assigned deadline of July 27. This is USA only, 1 partner, and anyone with 4.9 ratings or better, and no recent unexplainable no-sends or lateness. New swappers with a full profile are welcome. This will be fun!

I usually host this for both USA & Canada, but with the Canadian postal strike going on, I have kept it USA only. If the strike ends soon, I may open it up for Canada also.
