This swap is for a journal to be kept though the month of JUNE recording your diet successes and setbacks.

You may buy or make your journal, please no smaller than 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches. You will have a total of 31 entries that you will be sending to your partner.

THINGS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR JOURNAL.....

1)Your weight loss goal at the end of the month/at the end of the month did you reach this goal

2)Are you following a program, if so, which one and why did you choose it. If not, what are you doing to lose the weight and why did you choose this way.

3)A sampling of what you do eat during the course of the day.

4)Tell your partners about the type of exercise you do, how much and when.

5)Include 1 recipe

6)Include some tips that work for you

7)Tell us why you are losing weight...is it for a special occasion, is it for health reasons, etc.

8)Things that make you lose sight of your goal...a bad day at work, at home, etc.

9)What triggers stress eating if you do stress eat

10)....other things you may want to share with your partner about your weight loss journey

11)...include some day to day journal writings on how your day is going, whatever you would include when you are writing your own personal journal regarding the goal/goals in front of you in regard to weight loss...the good/the not so good/etc. (Journal writings include a minimum of 7)

12)What have you learned about you in keeping this journal for one month?

  • PLEASE START THE JOURNAL WITH A SHORT INTRODUCTION ABOUT YOURSELF AND ANYTHING YOU WANT YOUR PARTNER TO KNOW ABOUT YOU.*

This is only for each of us to learn about others, it is not for the person your sending to, to use this as a diet for themselves.

Please make the journal interesting, not just a list, its a journal and should be used for journaling. Use colour, pictures, etc. Make the journal something you would love to receive from someone.

30 entries is the minimum amount of entries for the journal, so fill it up.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR JOURNALS ARE IN THE MAIL TO YOUR PARTNER ON TIME, late mailing could result in a lower rating.

PLEASE RATE YOUR PARTNER WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR JOURNAL.

Also if your going to be late please let your partner know.

I'm in! This'll be a good inspiration for me to get back to eating the way I know I should. :) (It'll also be my first swapped journal - fun!)

Question - by 30 entries, do you mean 30 pages? Is there a page limit/requirement? I want to be sure I get it right! :D

I'm in as well! I am finally getting on track again, and I think this would really help me! I'm not good at writing a journal for myself, but I'd love to be writing a journal for someone else!

The idea of the journal is for you to write about you and send it to your partner to read. Once you send the book to your partner mark that you have sent it.
