Fraggle ATC

You are to make one ATC for one partner with a Fraggle character on it. Fraggle characters by Jim Henson were popular in the 1980's. All mediums allowed, be creative and create something you would love to receive. Think embellishments, layering, make them special, do your best to WOW your partners. Everyone is welcome, but no unexplained 1's or 3's in the last 6 months. Newbies must have a well-filled out profile and have completed at least 6 swaps with a 5 rating.
Please remember to indicate when you have sent your ATC's and to rate your partner when you receive your ATC.
