I have a good valid question to ask each of you that have signed up that a person wanting to join wants to know.

The person joining indicates she is new to group, enjoys stamping, is not a professional stamper but always does her best, got good ratings until recently someone did not like what she sent and told her to redo it and not wanting to redo which I do not blame her for since noone should dictate that. Since she did not redo she was rated a '3'. I do not feel this is fair. What do each of you think? Please let me know in a comment below. She awaits answer before joining this swap.

Just the other day I was rated a '1' because a person I had for Valentine Card swap indicated in rating she did not receive. I've never flaked since joining. Well when other 2 people received from me I emailed this person asking if she had received. She emailed that she had been in hospital with heart attack & would rate soon. She did not indicate she had not received until yesterday when the '1' rating was done. I emailed back that her health was #1 priority and for her to let me know if she had received & rate when she could. Well, she also claims she did not receive from the host of that swap who lives in same state as her. Proper thing is to contact person and if not recieved allow person to send another. I feel that the card was misplaced at her home by someone while she was in hospital since now there are 2 of us that she claims she did not receive from.

I've run into this problem myself also. I say let her join and give her a chance. We can't always please everyone all the time. And I bet she won't be a flaker. I have run into alot of those as partners of mine in recent swaps.

Sunshinehoneybee, I feel that the above was totally unfair... she should at least have been given a 5 if received on time and met the requirements Give this girl a go.

I want her to join and glad that you feel the way you do. It is unfair to judge a person's talent if they are putting their best effort into it.

I have my Easter Card ready and hope that more will join.
