Miscellaneous Envelope Swap!

Any size requirements? Mailable size in the US is 3.5 inches by 5 inches I think.

No size requirements! Around the standard size is ideal.

Just wondering - they can be handmade or ready-made, right? They should also be printed or decorated in some way, not just plain white or solid-colored? I don't need any plain envies! :)

Would envies made out of magazine pages be too thin?

Magazine pages are usually too thin and I don't like using them. They should at least be lined or covered with clear contact paper to make them durable please. I personally like pretty much any envies except plain white ones, lol.

I will be making mine out of scrapbook paper this evening. I get extra from the clearance section or on sale at the craft store just for making envies. =) The sheets are big enough to make one mailable sized envie and usually an ATC envie and a small square envie. I use the smaller envies for swap notes and mailing stickers or other small things.

They cannot be just plain or solid-colored.

I made a few of mine out of my old calenders from 2010. The pages are more durable, a good size and cute.
