Christmas Fairy Doll Swap is a dream of mine!

Each of you will have 1 partner who you will send 1 Christmas Fairy Stuffed Doll 8-10 inches tall or larger if you choose! You can use any style-primitive, folk, modern, rag, fantasy, etc. You can use any period of time-colonial, renaissance, victorian, etc as long as it follows the theme of Christmas. Please try to make this an heirloom piece that your partner can display proudly for years to come! Any color, but please check your partner's profile to get ideas. Ultimately, this is SENDER"S CHOICE to a point!

What I'm meaning is this....Please leave a comment giving suggestions for Christmas fairies. Use your imaginations! Check out my comment for an example. The day after the swap ends, I will assign each of you your own unique Christmas Fairy Doll. So you can get your basic fairy doll form done now and finish after you know which Christmas Fairy you are making!

Don't panic if you've never made a doll before and don't sew! Your fairy doll can be a very simple hand-drawn pattern. It's the accessories for the doll that will make it so special!

Even though these dolls will be on the large size, shipping should not be a problem unless you stuff it with rocks! Stuffing can be many things: fiberfill, pine needles, lavender, scrap fabric, etc. Just check your partner's profile for allergies, etc!

Because shipping should not be problematic, I am making this swap INTERNATIONAL. I, for one, would love to have a Christmas Fairy Doll from another country, especially Ireland! Newbies are welcome with a very WELL_FILLED out profile. If you have 1's or 3's, PM me and we will talk. But ultimately, I will have the final decision. I do know that things happen as I am about to send my FOURTH package to Australia!!!
