Edibles: Simple Chocolate Bar Swap

Woo hoo! I know those of us who are finally getting a little cooler weather are happy that chocolate may now be safely sent in the mail. Shall we celebrate the changing of seasons with a simple chocolate bar swap?

Let's select regular-sized (not "mini" or "fun" sized) chocolate bars that are a step above what you would find in the grocery checkout line. This is for chocolate bars (chocolate sometimes with flavors or ingredients mixed in) rather than candy bars (sweet bars sometimes coated in chocolate). The minimum value is a $2 (US) bar. Please list any likes/dislikes/allergies in the SWAP COMMENTS. Check the swap comments for guidance in purchasing a chocolate bar for your partner.

For this swap you will:

• Have one partner.

• Send a single chocolate bar to your partner--minimum value $2. Please check the swap comments for likes/dislikes/allergies.

• Include a short note in the package--a few sentences to personalize the swap beyond your name and the swap name, please.

• Package your items appropriately. Using plastic baggies is always a smart idea. Take care to wrap the item/pad the envelope/or use a box to help protect against a package of broken chocolate crumbs arriving. ;-)

• Due to customs and hygiene concerns, please only send items that are packaged in sealed, labeled packages.

• Sending your swap on time is required. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please PM your partner and the swap host prior to the send date. Thanks!
