Description:

I got this idea from USAFwife she is doing a kids one so I thought id try an adult one..

Do you like to Journal or are you brand new at it and thought about giving it a try but didn't know where to begin or even start. Well here is a swap for you. you will have one partner to send a journal filled of prompts or topics to.. you will put a topic or prompt on each page and then leave the rest of the page blank for your partner to fill out..

Must be a Compositon sized notebook so that your partner can continue to add to the quotes if they choose to do so. Also you need to decorate the front and back of the book, make it look pretty for them get some fabric, scarpbook paper, embellishments. buttons anything you can think of to make it look pretty just don't stick a sticker on it and say your done put some time and effort in it this will be a journal for your partner to cherish and maybe even pass on to their family members one day..

Try and get at least 50 prompts,so your partner can really take time putting lots of thought into their writing, make sure you either print or paste them on the pages.. when you have all your prompts on each page of the book then you can send it off to your partner.

Newbies are welcome to join as long as they don't have any bad ratings and will not flake, and have a filled out profile.on this swap. and of course 5's are always welcomed...

I hope everyone enjoys this swap.. if you have any questions feel free to send me and email.. have fun and happy journaling..

Oh boo hoo this is only for you Americans. any chance of doing an international one for us others who like to journal as well. I'm still relatively new to Swap-bot so not sure if I could host this one or not. Thanks Cazmae55

@Cazmae55 if you do decide to host this one, please make it a much shorter journal - i.e. lighter to post. Postage is very expensive in France and I tend not to join swaps for heavy things in case I get a partner in the USA (which often happens). There is a forum thread about people not signing up for international journal swaps precisely because of the cost of postage. Just something to bear in mind.....
