Recommend Some Books

I love to read, but sometimes I have trouble finding a new book or author. For this swap you will make a list of 20 of your favorite books. You should include the title and author so that your partner can find the book at a book store or library. Then write a paragraph or so about each book. You can include a short summary of the book and/or what you liked about it. You should NOT give away the ending though. The point is to sell your favorite books to your partner, and for you to find something new to read. I think it would be nice if you could type up your list to make it more legible for your partner, but this isn't an absolute requirement.

Any book that you like is fine for this swap. It's OK to include some non-fiction books if that's what you like, but I would suggest not making them all non-fiction. Include some fiction, and try to diversify a bit. Nobody probably wants to get a list of 20 books about the life cycle of an ant for instance. Books that are in a series are fine, but just do one book from the series (maybe the first one).

In addition to your list, you should send something small that your partner can enjoy while she or he is reading. You could include a handmade or store bought bookmark, a couple packets of tea, or some cozy socks, for example. Those are just suggestions, feel free to be creative. This is sender's choice, but it would be nice to check your partner's profile to find something she or he would like.

I will accept newbies with a filled out profile. Other swappers must have no recent no-sends. I reserve the right to ban if I think that you will not be a good partner...for example, if you have a history of giving unfair ratings. I will angel this swap, but if you are flaked on, you must let me know.

You will have two partners, and it is fine to send the same list to both people.
