Vintage Theme Memo Pad ♥

For this swap you will take a small memo pad or note pad - no bigger than 4 x 6 inches in size and decorate and alter the cover with a vintage theme. It is not required to decorate the back but you may chose to do so if you wish.

The smaller size makes it convenient to take with you, throw into your purse or backpack to jot down notes, lists, etc..!
