Description:

Hello Fellow Swappers!

For this swap, you will create one (1) paper flower wreath to send to one (1) partner.

I am posting a photo of a wreath below, but this is ONLY A GUIDELINE. This swap is sender's choice, hoping the sending artist will check the profile of the recipient.

You may use ANY type of paper (scrapbook paper, newspaper, crepe paper, tissue paper, almost any type of paper) and either cut or punch or curl into some type of flower shapes. Feel free to embellish the flowers or the wreath in any way you see fit! You might choose to put decorative brads on your flowers, or wind ribbon through the wreath--any creative thing you choose. Then attach to a small wreath form (no smaller than 5" diameter, please), and mail away to your swap partner! For a wreath form, you might use wire, a white wire coat hanger, an embroidery hoop, or a circle cut out of cardboard (or anything else you come up with!) Spring is coming (although I'm home for ANOTHER snow day) and a little flower wreath for our craft space will help remind us all that spring is right around the corner. To sum it up....

Requirements:

1 paper flower wreath to 1 partner

Wreath must be at least 5" in diameter, but may be larger if you like.

Flowers must be made out of some type of paper (or a combination of papers) and can be embellished in any way you like.

Wrap carefully and send off to your partner!

Because the flowers are made out of paper, the weight of the package should not be an issue...the package might be a bit larger, but should not weigh too much. Because of the size of the package, however, I am limiting this to U.S. only.

Anyone is welcome to join the swap, but if you join, please follow through. Responsible swappers make swap-bot an Eden for all of us!

Great idea, I love making paper flowers. Unfortunately, the turnaround time is too short....maybe next time.
