•at least 10 happy quotes

•at least 10 handy tips

•at least 10 crafty ideas

•at least 10 decorating ideas

•at least 10 weekend activities in your area

Lists:

•how to save money

•ways to de-stress

•reasons you love your spouse

•reasons you love your kids/pets

Go through some of your favorite magazines and tear/cut out a total of 8 pictures of rooms that you really like and paste into notebook and write on page what it is that you like about the style, design or look of the room. Also... answer this question: If you could have the dream 'Stepford Wife' home: What would it look like? What style color of the house? What size and style would the rooms be? What features are a must for your new home?

ITEMS:

•a mix CD of cleaning/upbeat music

•a swap related gift with a price of at least $5.

Don't feel like you have to group everything together in a section. You don't have to cram all the quotes together or all the tips together. Just sprinkle them through out your journal.
