You will need to send a postcard from a state that you DO NOT live in and on the back give 3 clues or facts about your state and your partner will have to guess what state you live in. When you recieve the PC and leave a rating, that is where you will post your guess of what state your partner is from. please do not forget to write your swap name & guess my state swap on the pc.
