For this swap, you will need to write a note to your partner where you can share anything about your / loved ones disabilities, or just write a positive uplifting message instead if you'd prefer that. You also have to include 3 disability related / inclusion / positive items for 1 partner. Some examples of what to send are: stickers, postcards, folded cards, affirmation cards, anything handmade, washi samples.
