For this swap you will cover an envelope with Halloween themed washi tape. Make sure the washi is secured well. You may tape the edges if needed. Be sure Receiver’s address is clear on the envelope and send it through the mail. Tuck in a flat surprise and note including your user name, swap name, and date. Washi envelopes are so fun and colorful so I hope you will join me!
