Why do you have three indistinguishable zine swaps with deadlines 1 day apart and the same send-by date? This seems odd.

I like it that there are 3 “identical” swaps at a time, because you can choose how many partners you’d like to send zines to… 1, 2 or 3. I like sending and receiving to/from 3 people, so I signed up for all 3. But, listing a swap for 3 partners limits the people who might join, as not everyone can or likes to swap with so many at once.

I agree with lrm1980. I like the option of being able to have one partner at a time. I also find it easier to keep my records straight when I have one swap per partner. I'm a swapper that doesn't like multiple swap partners in one swap listing.

The swap sign-up deadlines? Because it's how I want to host my swaps. I had 5 partners in the 1st one and only 2 people joined besides myself, so I remade the swap with only 1 partner. Doing the swaps this way keeps me active with creating zines, atcs, or anything else I'd like to create. You can always make your own swaps if you'd like to, giving you control over how you personally want to make the swaps. :)

I´d always wondered about the very same thing (why hosts create several identical 1-person swaps instead of one multi-person one). Now that I´ve heard it explained, it finally makes sense! I kind of prefer the multi-person exchanges myself, but I go with the flow and sign up for all kinds of swaps. At least now one mystery in my life has been solved. lol
