PSH: Pick a State or Country PC's (Global)Edited

For this swap, There will be one partner and you will be sending your partner, 3 store bought blank State or Country postcards in an envelope. The postcards can be all different. For example for States, like 1 from Indiana, 1 from Nevada, and 1 from Mississippi and for Country: 1 from Germany, 1 from Indonesia, and 1 from Japan, etc. These are just examples. Or, You can mix them up. Like 2 different states & 1 Country or 2 different Country & 1 state.
