Musical Scavanger Hunt at home

As most of us probably spent a lot more time at home than usual the past 2 years, I thought to create a music swap here on swap-bot. I got inspired by a reading challenge for the year 2021 over on bookcrossing and decided to adapt it to music/songs.

The idea is to take the typical rooms each flat/house offers and assign prompts to it for which you will need to find one song each. I noted down some hints which might be helpful. The song title or the band name should include word that matches the respective prompt.The list contains 20 prompts (and two optional ones, for those who like a little challenge), so will need to find 20 different songs in total.

Block A: Living Room

1) Window (f. e. song by a band from your own state or country)

2)Television (f. e. song by a band from a distant country to your own)

3) Artsy decoration (photos, painting, drawing related/themed)

4)Clock/Number/Time

5) Party, festivity, celebration

Block B:Kitchen

6) Cooking, breakfast, lunch, dinner

7) Food/things to eat or drink

8) Element water or fire

9) Asian cuisine (band from any Asian country,lyrics in any Asian language)

10) Family talks over dinner (f. e. a recent song from the last 2 years)

Block C: Bedroom

11) Lovesong, dreamy or romantic song

12) Bed, sleeping

13) Men song (may be a song about men, or a band consisting of men only..)

14) Women song (see point 13, but adapt to women)

15) Night, darkness

Block D: Garden

16) Summer, heat, sun

17) Autumn, leaves, wind

18) Winter, snow, cold

19) Spring, new beginnings

20) Element air or earth

Optional - you'd still like to add 1 or 2 songs - you may complete these tasks, too, but, please, don't feel obliged to do so.

21) Attic (roof, top/upstairs, bright, heaven,...)

22) Cellar (stairs, downstairs, dark...)

Everyone who decides to participate may complete the prompts 1 to 20. Prompts 21 and 22 are optional, so please, don't rate your partners down if you receive a list of songs without numbers 21 and 22!

This is an electronic swap in which you will have two partners. Please, send your list of songs (ideally with the prompt title) including the respective artists (and a link to the song on youtube) to your assigned partners via email (make sure to use the BCC function!) or private message on swap-bot.
